The Land Representative will develop relationships with prospective landowners with the goal of closing on property acquisitions in fee simple or joint development via application of conservation easement.
Analyze property data in market areas for suitability of sites
Negotiate and recommend purchase and joint development opportunities to Management
Assist in the investment memo preparation and organization of closing documents
Assist in design and approval of projects in regulatory phase
Assist in development of projects in field operations phase
Secure relationships and local knowledge concerning market needs, customers, and demand.
Assist with sales and marketing response
Responsible for due diligence through closing of the property
