Land Development Project Manager

Job Description As a Land Development Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing land development projects for their client(s). You will manage multiple projects, while providing outstanding client care. You will be responsible for the monitoring, planning and development of the projects, procuring clients and their projects, direct project engineers and designers in the completion of engineering tasks.

Essential Functions and Duties Independently manage multiple projects and ensure successful project delivery Perform all project management functions including reporting and client invoice approval Forecast future workload, staffing assignments, and project budgets Assist with strategic marketing and the generation of proposals Mentor, guide, and develop a team of well-qualified engineers and designers High proficiency in all aspects of land development design and techniques Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D Coordinate with staff, project consultants, clients, and review agencies Requirements B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited school P.E. certification Available for site visits when needed A minimum of 10 years of experience independently managing site development projects and hands on design work Construction Administration experience preferred Proven record in consulting organization and project delivery Local market experience preferred but not required Experience in single and multi-family residential development preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
