• AutoCad Civil 3D proficiency RESPONSIBILITIES: - Site planning, design & engineering of land development projects

• Grading, water distribution, roadways, stormwater calculations & utilities for residential, commercial, retail, institutional & recreational facilities

• Design multi-acre retail, commercial & residential development including due diligence, permitting, and limited contract administration

• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects

• Research City, State & Federal codes
