D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Land Assistant for their Operations Department. The right candidate will provide administrative support to Land Department employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Land Manager with the bidding process: preparing bid letters, accumulating plans to go with the bid letter, and inputting bids into a spreadsheet
Work on projects delegated by the Land Manager
A/P related duties for Land Development items
Land spreadsheet for payments
Prepare vendor contracts, etc.
Assist with various reports and budget tracking
Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
