THE POSITION: The Boutique Sales Associate provides support to other employees and customers in our Lady La's Boutique. Our boutique connects everyday with people with the chicness and simplicity that transforms the way you shop. We also support local businesses and brands to keep the Michigan name alive, which strengthens that bond with different communities. We make sure our guest has the best experience at our boutique.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be able to build rapport with customers.

• Two years of experience in customer service (No Automotive Necessary)

• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and QuickBooks.

• Must work well in a team atmosphere.

• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.

• High degree of integrity and professionalism.

• Strong work ethic demonstrated enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task efficiently.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer interfacing

• Helping guests

• Assembling gift baskets

• Checking in merchandise

• Using Quick books software

• Creating great guest experience

• Availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends. This is a Two Day a Week Position with Saturdays.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15-50 pounds.

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
