Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.nEssential Functions of the Job:nConfigure hardware including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers.nDeploy images and customize software based on provided work instructions.nIdentify and troubleshoot system hardware problems.nPerform Quality Control inspections.nProvide Labs Management with reports that include daily and/or weekly productivity.nTime management skills to ensure the efficient utilization of Our Client's resources including parts, tools, inventory, own time, etc.nAbility to navigate through SAP and Excel software used for order processing.nMaintain and protect Our Client's assets and property, including spare parts, client-supplied product, loaners, tools, test equipment, etc.nEscalate problems and issue to Lab Management as appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, problems exceeding commitments with regard to response time, lack of spare parts, training, or any other actual or potential client satisfaction issues.nRepresent Our Client's in a professional and business-like manner and communicates effectively with Our Client's associates and their clients.nComplete all required documentation involved within a project to ensure accurate billing with respect to warranty or contract.

This includes getting all required information to the Lab management immediately.nMaintain efficient utilization of space in the lab.nAssist other team members on projects as assigned.nAbility to use a pallet jack is required for this position.nFor National Repair Center assignments: Performs necessary hardware and peripheral repairs. This includes, but is not limited to, identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum.nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSnEducation and/or Experience:nHardware/peripherals/softwarenExtensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, vendor diagnostics, imaging software such as Ghost, MDT, or SCCM.nMinimum of one year hardware troubleshooting experience, which needs to include laptops and desktop for Tier One vendors.nMinimum of one (1) year bench and/or on-site service technical experience.nEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

MONTHLY BONUS PAY-OUTBenefits: Eligible after 30 days (Med, Den, Vision and more) The opportunity:Maintenance Technician to perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on electrical and mechanical systems involving production equipment and plant systems. How you will impact WestRock: Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities depending upon area of assignment including performing basic trade activities such as electrical, plumbing and carpentry work Performs minor and major repair of all buildings and equipment. Repairs electrical equipment/systems and control circuits; and replaces faulty electrical equipment as needed. This troubleshooting element is inclusive of Three Phase Motors and Programmable Logical Controls (PLC) applications Must have a strong working knowledge of relay logic and be capable of applying this knowledge in the troubleshooting of the PLC’s in the production equipment Must have a strong understanding of NFPA 70E standards and be capable of applying these standards in the work situation. Installs electrical wiring and equipment; new electrical services; and replaces and repairs wiring as needed (including computer cable). Consults with Maintenance Manager, as needed, on electrical system issues; and, as assigned, serves in a project coordination role monitoring the activities of outside contractors. Maintains and repairs a variety of hand and power tools ensuing they are in safe and efficient working order. Performs preventive maintenance procedures on mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects belts, checks fluid levels, replaces filters, greases bearings, seals, etc.; repairs or replaces broken parts. May operate a computer which controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems. Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems and other mechanical systems on production equipment to assure optimum performance of that production process Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures Maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or another member of the leadership team.
