Preparation and deliver custodial and cafeteria materials and supplies as assigned.
Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment in the shipping and receiving areas as directed.
Inspect, service and operate delivery trucks, other system-owned vehicles as assigned.
Enter and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for schools as requested.
Prepare monthly reports, file reports, answer and direct phone calls as directed.
Account for and issue instructional materials as assigned.
Maintain accurate inventory records on all equipment and supplies housed in the warehouse.
Receive, inventory, label, stock, pack and deliver textbooks as assigned.
Receive and ship supplies as requested.
Inventory school equipment as assigned.
Deliver and pick-up materials, supplies and equipment to and from schools as directed.
Lock and secure warehouse building daily as assigned.
Transfer furniture, lunchroom equipment and other supplies and equipment from one facility to another aS directed.
Clean warehouse, paint, replace light bulbs, and organize supplies and equipment as directed.
Restock, deliver, and pick up science kits as assigned.
Verify all mail routes are prepared for daily deliveries and pickups.
Maintain all mailroom records and receipts.
Perform janitorial tasks in the warehouse areas as assigned.
Repair custodial equipment and maintain a stock of custodial supplies for the warehouse as directed.
Maintain credentials to operate vehicles and equipment as necessary to accomplish work tasks; required topromptly report loss of
credentials to operate vehicles.
Assume other reasonable and equitable job-related tasks in any logistics area as
assigned by the supervisor in order to meet the needs of the department.
