Position Description:

CGI Federal is seeking a Laborer to support FBI/A in Quantico, VA

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Loads and unloads trucks, and other conveyances;

  • Moves supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrows or hand trucks;

  • Stacks materials for storage or binning;

  • Collects refuse and salvageable materials;

  • Digs, fills, and tamps earth excavations;

  • Levels ground using pick, shovel, tamper and rake;

  • Shovels concrete and snow; cleans culverts and ditches; cuts tree and brush; operates power lawnmowers;

  • Moves and arranges heavy pieces of office and household furniture, equipment, and appliances;

  • Moves heavy pieces of automotive, medical engineering, and other types of machinery and equipment;

  • Spreads sand and salt on icy roads and walk-ways; and

  • Picks up leaves and trash.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must be able to successfully pass CGI Federal Background investigation

Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance

High School or GED

The HUMINT Instructor will assist in the delivery of FBI training and, to a lesser extent, may be asked to participate in analysis, design, development, evaluation, and life-cycle management of FBI training. Most instruction for AITU will take place at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA and Fredericksburg, Virginia with a potential for future training to be held in the surrounding geographical areas of Prince William, Stafford, or Spotsylvania Counties. Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) * Instruction: * Under the supervision of FBI personnel and in accordance with designated curricula, Contract Instructors will instruct the workforce to employ skills, tools, and techniques required to integrate analysis with operations and produce intelligence pursuant to the FBI's highest standards. * Will be required to review course materials in support of AITU courses prior to instruction, participate in "dry runs" of the instruction, provide instruction in AITU courses, participate in and evaluate exercises designed to leverage the student's knowledge, and engage in post-delivery reviews of the training being provided. * Mentoring and Coaching: * Contract Instructors will provide mentoring and coaching in line with the FBI's comprehensive program of instruction for the intelligence workforce. * Course Refresh and Updates: * In conjunction with FBI personnel, Contract Instructors shall participate in curriculum life-cycle refresh and corresponding updates to lesson plan documentation. Such updates reflect: * Minor editorial changes noted during course review and delivery; * Changes dictated by internal FBI policy or program revisions; or * Regulatory changes which mandate major course modifications. * Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.) * Minimum of five years of experience in an Intelligence Field, which shall include application of analytical tradecraft skills and techniques, USIC collaboration, or case-based analysis and reporting. * Minimum of two years of experience providing instruction in any of the following intelligence topics: structured analytic techniques, critical thinking processes, collection/domain management, raw intelligence reporting, analytic writing in accordance with the ODNI Analytic Integrity Standards, and intelligence briefing for peers and/or executives. * Minimum of two years of experience in facilitating practical exercises by mentoring and coaching students both one on one and as a group to help them achieve a developmental outcome as determined by lesson plan.
