Join the City as a Laborer! In this role, you could support the Environmental Services or Public Works Departments. As a Laborer you could expect to perform a variety of manual labor tasks associated with the maintenance, repair, construction, cleaning and operations.

Current Vacancies:

• Solid Waste Collection Centers

• Environmental Services

• This role is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of grounds and facilities at our collection centers and landfill.

• Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant

• Environmental Services

• This role is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and the facilities at our Southwest Wastewater Treatment Plant.

• Public Grounds

• Public Works

• This role is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of city landscape features.

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience, Education, and Training

PREFERRED

• Experience in grounds, roads, and/or building construction or maintenance work.

Licensing/Certification

• If operating a vehicle for the purpose of completing job duties, must possess a valid driver's license.
