Essential Functions
Performs a variety of routine labor tasks to assist skilled trade staff including but not limited to carpenters, electricians, engineers, plumbers, contractual staff, etc.
Lift and loads equipment and furniture weighing up to 75 lbs.
Assist in performing various maintenance tasks.
Performs basic upkeep and maintenance duties for skilled tradesmen's work areas before and after completion of jobs.
Performs other duties as required for assigned which are within the scope of the duties enumerated above.

Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have the ability to occasionally travel.
Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
Must have the ability to walk and climb hills, stairs and ladders.

Separate bureaus administer programs and services directed at conserving the state's land and water resources; protecting the health and welfare of livestock and companion animals; overseeing state and county fairs; regulating seed, feed and fertilizer products; ensuring the financial stability of grain dealers and warehouses; promoting Illinois food and agricultural products; and operating the state's horse racing program.
