About Our Opportunity:

This position performs routine or specialized diagnostic procedures/tests for visualization of microscopic anatomy of animal tissues, cell structures for the pathologists' interpretation, in support of the diagnostic and research missions of the Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory (ADDL).

What We're Looking For:

Education and Experience Needed:

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of relevant work experience

• A degree in biology or animal sciences is preferred. A veterinary nursing degree may be considered

• Combination or related education and experience including an Associate's degree and three (3) years of relevant work experience will also be considered

Skills Needed:

• Ability to multitask and be flexible to accomplish daily tasks

• Ability to collaborate and work in a team setting

• Ability to work independently under moderate supervision
