A leadership position responsible for operational management of the clinical laboratory. Responsible for direct leadershipof technical associates and may include pre-analytic supervision as determined by site.

Performs all levels of generaltesting within the analytical laboratory. Provides a high level of technical knowledge and application of that knowledge totesting and clinical relevance. Functions in a self-directed manner, and exhibits effective communication and advancedproblem solving skills.

What You Bring/Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • 3 years of MLS, MT, or MLT work experience in the clinical laboratory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Biological Science or Equivalent

  • MLS with ASCP certification, or MT/MLT with ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification, or specialty ASCP certification in theassigned department.

M-F 830-5 and as needed

Light work - (Exert up to 20lbs force occasionally, and/or up to10lbs frequently)

VIEW JOBS 11/20/2020 7:54:16 PM 2021-02-18T19:54 <p>We have partnered with a large HVAC company in the Greenwood Village, CO area to provide them with a HVAC Service Supervisor. </p> <p>Please review the below description and if you are interested please contact:</p> <p>Wil Cabrera at or 484-403-4132<br />  </p> <p>Responsibilities of the HVAC Service Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Manages execution of assigned agreement base within contracted time obligations</li> <li>Manages all financial aspect of assigned agreement base</li> <li>Manages field personnel to assure proper staffing and efficient field operations</li> <li>Communicates and coordinates field operations with dispatcher</li> <li>Manages equipment, material and tool utilization</li> <li>Proactively communicates scope of work to necessary field personnel</li> <li>Actively participates in regular review meetings on backlog, manpower planning, customer and field relations</li> <li>Provides sales personnel with leads and alerts sales personnel about competitive sales efforts.</li> <li>Responds quickly and efficiently to customer issues</li> <li>Possesses the proper judgment to escalate procedures when necessary to assure customer's needs are met</li> <li>Effectively communicates relevant information to customers regarding their systems to influence and drive customer satisfaction</li> <li>Conducts and documents team safety meetings (4/month)</li> <li>Familiar with the Loss Control Manual and adheres to the procedures and protocols therein</li> <li>Ensures staff has read and is familiar with all safety manuals and procedures</li> <li>Ensures staff is familiar with and adhere to accident/injury reporting procedures</li> <li>Communicates with necessary internal personnel regarding safety incidents</li> <li>Completes accident/incident reports timely (within 24 hrs of occurrence)</li> <li>Participates in accident/incident reviews and remediation of identified safety issues</li> <li>Utilizes appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and models safe behavior for field staff</li> <li>Conducts and documents weekly safety audits and inspections as described in the Loss Control Manual</li> <li>Identifies safety concerns and training needs and communicates them to the Safety Manager</li> <li>Evaluates technician and team technical ability and assigns jobs based on skill level</li> <li>In coordination with Service Manager, develops and implements training plans to assure team has necessary capabilities to execute agreement base</li> <li>Mentors service representatives on how to solve problems independently</li> <li>Balances team and individual responsibilities</li> <li>Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views</li> <li>Gives and welcomes feedback that contributes to building positive team morale</li> <li>Puts success of team above own interests</li> <li>Effectively audits performance of staff and recommends appropriate personnel actions, including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotion, demotion, training and compensation</li> <li>Keeps technical knowledge up to date as to equipment and concepts: gains familiarity with new products and techniques as they are introduced</li> <li>Belongs to and takes advantage of technical organizations to improve technical knowledge</li> </ul> <p>Requirements of the HVAC Service Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Certificate or Diploma from HVAC School NEEDED </li> <li>10+ years experience in commercial HVAC service as a technician</li> <li>3+ years experience in supervisory role</li> <li>Experience with profit and loss statements, hiring and firing as well as performing reviews of staff</li> <li>Universal EPA Certification needed</li> <li>Familiarity with the following vertical markets; healthcare, data center, assisted living, commercial office, industrial and power generation</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of boilers, chillers, vibration and oil analysis</li> <li>Must possess valid driver license and maintain a safe driving record per company's standards</li> <li>Strong knowledge of safety standards</li> <li>Able to communicate with all levels of personnel</li> <li>Able to lift, push or pull up to 125 lbs as needed</li> </ul> <p>Benefits of the HVAC Service Supervisor:</p> <ul> <li>Medical Insurance</li> <li>Dental Insurance</li> <li>Retirement Plans available</li> </ul> Relevante Inc Greenwood Village CO
