Salary Range: $16.00 - $23.00

Department Details

Shift is every other weekend; Saturday and Sunday 7:30a.

• 4:00pm. Ideal for college student pursuing Medical Laboratory Science degree!

Position is in the Infectious Disease Laboratory. Duties include accessioning patient specimens into the Lab Information System, prepping specimens for culture, determining specimen acceptability, assisting laboratory staff.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include preparing and processing biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks.

Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.
