The Labor Relations Manager will oversee the management, administration and coordination of all aspects of labor relations related to collective bargaining unit employees to ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and federal and state employment regulations, while providing consultation, training and constructive conflict resolution for and between company leadership, union leadership and bargaining unit employees. The Labor Relations Manager will proactively engage operations leadership to build capability, support a positive and cohesive working culture, and implement practical business solutions.

Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, base and bonus.
Experience: Three plus years of labor relations and contract negotiation experience.

Education: Juris Doctor Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
