Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, a leading national law firm, is seeking an Associate with 1-3 years employment litigation experience for its New York office.
The ideal candidate will have general litigation experience, as well as some experience with employment counseling and litigation, defense of discrimination claims, and representing and advising clients in compliance with local employment laws, collective bargaining, wage and hour matters and related issues.
Qualified candidates will also have strong research and writing skills, top quality work product, a commitment to exceptional client service, an interest in business development efforts, and will work well within a team.
