Labor & Employment Associate Attorney - Century City

AM Law 100 Firm's Los Angeles office is seeking an Associate to join its Labor & Employment practice.

Requirements

• Experience with a full array of labor & employment issues, including: defense of claims pending before state and federal courts; union management relations; reductions in force; employment contracts negotiations; policies and employee benefits programs; and counseling human resource managers and supervisors regarding employee matters and compliance issues
• Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills, along with a strong academic background
• 3-4 years of experience
• Active member of the California bar
• The annualized salary range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000
