Key responsibilities and success factors:
The Lab Technician interprets test data required to comply with product specifications. Below is a list of some of the job requirements:
Ensures test equipment is calibrated in conformance with specifications.
Must be able to follow standard operating procedures of lab functions and equipment.
Ability to ensure products are tested and approved per specification and forwarded to internal customer accompanied by accurate and complete documentation.
Experience and Education:
An Associate's degree is required, with 1-2 years of college chemistry classes or equivalent experience in a chemistry-related industry.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Incumbent must be able to accurately follow written instructions and have good attention to detail skills.
Must possess strong mathematical skills.
Must comply with the requirements of Lab Tech, level 1.
