Job Title: Lab Tech

Job Description

As a Lab Tech, you will be integral in maintaining the quality assurance standards of our products. Your role includes conducting tests during various stages of manufacturing and logistics to ensure compliance with quality standards. You will check the quality of finished products, resale products, consumables, and raw materials, ensuring they meet specified requirements. Additionally, you will assist in auditing commercial production processes, investigating customer complaints, and supporting internal and external audits. Your role is critical in implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), assisting in trials, and ensuring the effective communication of corrective actions across departments.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Oxnard, California.

Work Environment

The work environment is a lab with controlled temperature and humidity, varying from the 40's to the 80's Fahrenheit.
