Job Description

In this role, you will act as a crucial liaison between our clients and the lab, serving as the main point of contact for all lab services and support. Your responsibilities will include effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide timely updates on projects. You will also collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure compliance with client protocols and standards.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This hybrid position requires some days on-site in Vernon Hills, Illinois and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position reports directly to the Client and Management Services Director. Our lab is a majority women-owned, fully integrated laboratory equipped with current information technology to facilitate rapid drug development. We emphasize the automation of critical laboratory processes to minimize human error in testing and analysis. We provide a full range of rapid testing and support services focusing on pharmaceutical products and compounded sterile or nonsterile preparations. Our development activities span six major industries.
