Lab Services Associate
Supports lab, training, and exhibit functions in-house and at off-site events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains inventory of products and associated lab and exhibit items. Tracks usage and forecasts and orders as needed to support corporate schedule.
Develops and maintains lab and exhibit checklists and reference materials.
Insures all lab and exhibit products are tested for proper function and current rev level, repairs, replacements, and disposition of obsolete products.
Responsible for set-up and clean-up/disinfecting of in-house and off-site labs after attendance. Observes all blood-borne pathogen and related safety procedures.
Required to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
This position may require you to work Saturdays.

Education and Experience:
High school education or equivalent required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Good communication skills, positive attitude, ability to be flexible and work in team environment. Experience in inventory control or warehouse and materials planning helpful but not required. Fluent Spanish a plus.
PCs and software as needed.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
