Piper Companies is looking for a Lab Power Test Engineer to work onsite in San Jose, CA Monday through Friday. The ideal Lab Power Test Engineer will have strong experience working in a power lab environment while validating CPU power delivery.

Responsibilities for the Lab Power Test Engineer:

• Sustain power support for UCS blade servers and rack servers.

• Troubleshoot and validate all power related issues including Power DC simulation, board power up support, schematic notification and layout tuning.

• Collaborate with Hardware, Mechanical, Thermal, and Software teams skills with ability thrive and lead by example in a fast-paced, results oriented organization.

Qualifications for the Lab Power Test Engineer:

• 3+ years' experience in a Power Lab environment

• Strong knowledge of power delivery validation for CPU's

• Hands on experience with oscilloscope and probe equipment

• Must be a US Citizen and willing to work onsite in San Jose, CA 5 days per week

Compensation/Benefits for the Lab Power Test Engineer:

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $95,000
