Lab Operations/Outreach Supervisor

As the Outreach Support Supervisor, you will supervise#and oversee#the daily operations of the Pre- and Post-Analytical Operations in the outreach clinics and physician offices.# Maintains cutting edge competencies and conformation to standards for successful accreditation.

You will#work#closely with the Director, Section Supervisors, Phlebotomy Supervisor, Lead Phlebotomists, Processing Supervisor, and System Analysts to provide the most efficient, cutting edge, customer-friendly services for all of our patients, clients, and Health Care Providers.# Ensure quality of information used to process specimens by maintaining open communications with all of our clients.

You must have a pleasant personality with a cooperative team spirit.# Promotes a positive customer service friendly image to clients, patients, visitors and other hospital personnel.

Responsible for yearly evaluations and competency checks for assigned individuals.# Assists the laboratory director with tasks related to the general operation of the laboratory.

Requires:

Satisfactory completion of an MT Program, MT(ASCP) certification or equivalent, with a Bachelor#s degree, desired.# Business#experience with a Bachelor#s degree acceptable to the Laboratory Director will also be considered.

Five Years of generalist experience is required

. OR#Training/Experience acceptable to the Laboratory Director that meets accreditation requirements will be considered. #
