Lab Assistant - Lab Processing

Performs various routine functions precisely and accurately#to assist the laboratory professional staff and to facilitate testing by receiving and processing specimens, performing clerical tasks and specimen collection as needed; work with and maintain the automation pre-analytical line.

Qualifications:

Lab Assistant I # HS or GED required, phlebotomy or transcription experience preferred. Lab Assistant II # HS or GED required and a certified phlebotomist, or AS in health related sciences or Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology or Medical Technology. Lab Assistant III # BS required in health related sciences or Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology or Medical Technology.
