The LAA seeks a dynamic individual to join our team as a Program Database Analyst VISTA. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in advancing our organization's data capabilities to support cross-organizational operations, evaluations, and program improvements.

Founded in 1972, the LAA is the longest serving and largest provider of social and immigration legal services in the metro Atlanta Latino community. In the past year, our services have impacted more than 50,000 individuals in the past year. The proposed VISTA position fits into our Economic Development and Education focus areas.

As a member of the LAA OperationsCorps - the LAA Program Data Analyst VISTA will work side-by-side our operations and program teams to build the capacity of their data systems, research, design, and implement standard operating procedures to streamline and improve data collection processes. Member Duties : 1. Assess current data collection processes from previous VISTA year; recommend and implement changes for efficiency. 2.

Develop robust data quality analysis processes to ensure integrity of collected information. 3. Create reports and data visualizations to support decision-making based on organizational needs. 4. Evaluate potential databases for Economic Empowerment programs; provide recommendations. 5. Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for selected database use, guiding effective data collection, monitoring, and evaluation.
