Supports management in the day-to-day compliance efforts with AML/KYC requirements. Works with sales staff and relationship managers to identify required KYC information; provides guidance on policy and procedural requirements; provides as needed training on use of TRACK system to house KYC data.

Performs customer identification routines including use of third party services to validate customer-supplied information. Follows-up on outstanding requests including need for additional customer information. Deals with the most complex account structures including complex trusts, off-shore trusts and legal entities and corporate banking accounts.

Provides ongoing advice and guidance to junior KYC/QA Analysts. Monitors work flow to assure appropriate distribution of workload among junior staff. Qualifications 7+ years experience in compliance, audit, trust or banking, preferable in an investment management or financial services company.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Assigned the most complex accounts. Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical abilities, oral and written communication skills.

Must be able to handle stressful situations while maintaining a professional approach to problem solving. Ability to deal with sensitive, highly confidential information is required. Computer literacy is a must. Ability to manage work of junior staff required.

We are currently seeking a full-time .QA Analyst to join our growing team in Pittsburgh! The QA Analyst role will manage, track, and coordinate performance testing across the organization and should be experienced in working with both onsite and offshore team members. The QA Analyst collaborates with project/product managers, developers and other QA members to ensure the integrity of our core products and services throughout all phases of the software development life cycle. As a key contributor on an Agile team, you will work closely with Engineering to functionally test new and existing infrastructure components. You will also help implement and execute our automated test suites. What you'll do... * Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful testing * Perform functional, system, integration and regression testing on back-end systems and APIs * Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other tests like test data and automated scripts * Serves as a guide and mentor for other members of QA team Be an active participant in grooming, planning, and sprint retros * Work closely with project/product management and development team to ensure optimal quality and timely delivery of product releases * Should be able to understand the technical details of the product(s) and assist development team in troubleshooting issues * Escalate issues, concerns and risks proactively You... * Strong knowledge of SDLC, QA methodologies, tools and processes * Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process in a fast-paced devops environment * Develops, verifies and delivers reliable, and efficient test plans/cases * Hands-on experience with TDD/BDD and writing/executing automated testing tools * Liaison with development, project/product management, and production support with strong written and verbal communications skills * Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills * Experience with SQL and understanding of database schemas * Understanding of Web Applications, SFTP, XML and basic understanding of API/ Service Layer * Basic understanding and experience with Object Oriented Programming languages like Java or Ruby * Provides advice on technical decisions/design for product and integration flows with other teams in the company based on ownership and experience Knowledge transfers both application and integration expertise to the product, QA and other team members in the organization Please note that U.S. Visa Sponsorship and Relocation Assistance are not currently available for this role.
