Kronos Functional Business Analyst

Background: Our client is currently live on Kronos v8 for Time and Attendance, Absence, Accruals, WIM, and a variety of other modules. They are in need of a functional Kronos consultant who can come in and assist with adding new employees into the Kronos system.

Project: This person must be comfortable coming in and working in a live Kronos environment.

The majority of the work they will be will be around loading new employees (both temp and FTE) into the Kronos system to locations where they have already implemented Kronos. This person may also do a little bit of testing from time to time.

This person will need to work with the business at each site to make sure the employees are added into the system accurately. They will need to gather information from the end users on the business side to ensure these employees are loaded correctly.

It is very important that this person is very good with people and is comfortable working with several different personalities. This person should have a lot of patience and be willing and able to work with different people on the business side (although this person will sit in IT). If this person does not have good communication and people skills, they will not be a good fit.

Seeing as these sites are already live with Kronos, all the configuration is already done so this person will likely not need to do any hands-on configuration, but it is important that this person understands the configuration.

They likely will not need to tweak or change the configuration but there may be times where that is necessary, so it is important they understand the configuration.

This will likely be a person who has done hands on configuration in the past. This role is somewhat of a hybrid between a Kronos functional analyst and business analyst since they will sit in IT but will mainly work with the business folks. This person will not be doing any interface work.

While this person will not be working on any full life cycle implementations, this client does have plans to do several new implementations next year so if they have the full life cycle implementation experience in the past that is a plus but not required.

Required:

Kronos Timekeeping Functional Business Analyst
Experience loading new employees into Kronos
Understanding of Configuration
MUST have good people skills
Comfortable working in a live Kronos environment
V8 experience
Testing
Plus:

Kronos full life cycle implementations
Job Type: Contract
