Responsible for the management of data, including gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data that is necessary for continuous improvement, best practice development, and project management/rollout. Manage the improvement of current and development of new best practices to achieve strategy focused and data driven results.
Provide clear and concise communication to explain analysis and provide summary reports of Kroger Health & Wellness services. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Essential Job Functions
Develop process solutions that satisfy both the end user and business need, making recommendations based on process study and data analysis
Combine data knowledge and process knowledge to identify areas of success and opportunity
Pull, analyze, and summarize data from a variety of systems, identify and effectively communicate trends
Use data to develop new and improve current best practices, ensuring desired results are in line with business needs and company strategy
Summarize and communicate an analysis that produces best practice recommendations to the business owner and team
Ensure process rollouts and best practices implementation support and align with Our Promise and the Kroger Health mission
Create process and data management capabilities that sustain continuous improvement and deliver on business case impacts
Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the appropriate teams
Maintain data database(s) as needed for effective data gathering, summarizing and analysis
Design process maps that encompass costs/savings estimates and/or return on investment analyses and develop a plan to monitor and track actual results
Demonstrate leadership within the team structure, among department, and while in divisions
Use data to forecast expected results, create goals, and measure actual results
Perform selected and/or required key analyses as needed
Travel to divisions and stores to observe processes, create performance measurements, and summarize observations

Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a financial, business, mathematical, or computer science related field
Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt or above3+ years of experience in a data, financial or statistical analysis role
Ability to identify business problems and develop efficient and effective solutions
Ability to prioritize/multi-task while providing accurate/on-time results
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent administrative, communication, and organizational skill with high attention to detail
Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma tools
Proficient knowledge of financial statements and budgets
Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes/technologies
Desired Previous Experience/Education
Certification in process improvement or project management
Any experience in retail pharmacy or other Health & Wellness role
