We are looking for a process development engineer who will join us to develop new technologies and products.

[Job Description - Senior Process Engineer]

• Conducting the process engineering research, development, and evaluation.
• Developing and sustaining new Thin film, deposition process, and equipment.
• Communicating with the customers about roadmaps, process flow, requirements, business challenges and problem solving.
• Related skills: Plasma/Radical, Thermal, CVD, ALD, High-K, Low-K, Metal, etc.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree in science or related majors.
• 3+years' experience on the Semiconductor field.
• Knowledge and experience of analyze test data(SEM, TEM, Ellipsometer, others).
• Knowledge of Plasma, Vacuum, Thermal and manufacturing process.
• Fluent in Korean / English communication(Written and verbal).

[Preference]

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in science or related majors
• Fluent in other language (Chinese, Japanese, and others)
• R&D experience in Semiconductor Chipmaker companies or deposition process
• Expertise on the surface analysis
