Chance for VISA sponsoringJob Function/Description:We are looking for a Billing-Invoice Specialist for the Logistics Department. Duties of the Billing-Invoice specialist include providing support to management team and vendors, analyze, audit and billing corrections.

Process customer/LSP billing accurately and within requested time per their requirements and according to company policy for various divisions
Manage, analyze & prepare correction forms for billing corrections in access database
Ability to understand and discuss essential freight documentation that supports charges invoiced and is required for payment
Possess a knowledge and understanding of how Billing functions affect P&L
Able to audit carrier freight bills and interpret tariffs and contracts
Understand of the internal technologies required for daily functions
Investigate and diagnose potential errors and duplicate carrier billing
Complete workload duties within normal and reasonable processing times
Build positive support and relationships with various vendors
Assist with other duties as assigned
Timely completion of functional request
Work well as a team member with other company employees, consultants and contractors
Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required
Performs other job-related duties as required
Flexible to work overtime when needed
Additional tasks required by Management
Flexible to work overtime as required

Minimum Qualifications:

College degree or more than 3 years relevant experience preferred.
Strong customer service skills
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft office suites products and other applications
Ability to multi-task
Decision making and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organizational skills
Analytical, and excellent written and verbal communications skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
May be required to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet its business needs
Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
Able to work in multicultural environment
Bilingual Korean-English Plus
