The Knowledge Management Principal is responsible for developing processes, strategies and specific methods of knowledge transfer in R & D organizations with industry experiences in Life Sciences, chemicals/polymers, and/or other manufacturing process industries.
Develop, lead, and oversee implementation of strategies to systematically extract and transfer knowledge, know how both tacit and documented.
Develop repeatable approaches (playbook) for recurring knowledge transfer needs.
Develop codification models and implementation approaches to institutionalize extracted knowledge assets and maximize use.
Manage and contribute to relevant knowledge exchanges to promote project objectives
Complement and support execution of digital knowledge management platform and services build, roll out and support
Develop specific program success objectives, track and measure outcomes.
Develop leadership position for Incedo in space through differentiated service offerings and help evolve the digital platform for repeatable use across industries.

Education & experience
A Bachelors degree in social sciences or related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 15 years related experience
Experience in R & D industries, in particular with methods of knowledge transfer that is tacit in nature (knowhow/knowledge that reside in experts/individuals)
Substantial understanding of knowledge management theory, practice and tools
Extensive experience in determining appropriate knowledge management processes, products and digital platforms
Exposure to business requirements capture, agile methodologies
Solid communication skills and expert planning skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to tackle critical situations
Ability to maintain constructive work relationships with the employees of all the departments
Leadership quality and ability to supervise, guide and develop the employees
Exposure to effectively integrating knowledge assets of different types (structured, un structured) for effective use, within context of R & D organizations is a plus
Travel requirements: up to 50% of time

The Director, Corporate Compliance, a regional position, based in Neptune, NJ, assures the implementation of all aspects of the Corporate Compliance Program within his or her areas of assigned responsibility. Collaborates with other leaders in the Compliance Division to assure the implementation of an effective compliance program throughout Hackensack Meridian Health. Promotes an ethical culture and ensures that the organization is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Provides guidance to the efforts of compliance team members in reviewing and appraising the soundness, adequacy, and effectiveness of internal controls, and the degree of compliance with established policies, procedures, and external regulations. Responsibilities Essential Generic Job Functions (List in order of importance): With the Sr. Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, develops and assures the effective implementation of an entity-wide Corporate Compliance Plan consistent with applicable laws and regulation.Participates in the development of organizational ethical strategy, maintains a corporate code of conduct and provides other related policy and administrative guidance.With the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, develops and implements an annual collaborative work plan to monitor specific areas of compliance risk. Coordinates with Audit Services, Information Privacy and Security when additional reviews and audits are identified or as requested by management.Develops and supports system policies to promote and communicate compliance with laws and regulations concerning participation in federal and state health care programs. With the Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, maintains the HMH Code of Conduct and provides guidance to team members at all levels regarding the interpretation and application of compliance policies.Manages and/or assists in the recruitment, development and supervision of team members. Creates and sustains an environment that fosters team member engagement. Establishes clear objectives tied to department and/or organizational strategic goals. Coaches, counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.Within areas of assigned responsibility, serves as liaison to external regulatory agencies. Assures on-going compliance with State and Federal regulation; coordinates on-site investigations, remediation and monitoring of response to findings.Directs audits and department specific compliance activities within areas of responsibility, including but not limited to hospitals, long term care, home health, hospice, physician practices and departments of those entities in support of the Compliance Plan.For areas of administrative responsibility, assure that daily operations are aligned with and operate within the organizational goals.Prepares and presents reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Board of Trustees, Compliance and Audit Committee of the Board, and Senior Management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.Implements the local compliance committees within areas of responsibility and provides reports and recommendations to executive leadership and the Board.As required, develops and implements appropriate management and employee orientation, training, and education programs in collaboration with Organizational Education to ensure that management and employees are aware of their compliance responsibilities and to encourage high standards of compliance performance across the enterprise.Receives reports from the compliance line, maintains appropriate confidential records and reports.Participates in a periodic, comprehensive evaluation of Corporate Compliance Plan and modifies the plan as appropriate for executive and board approval, and prepares quarterly reports of compliance activity for the Audit Committee of the Board of Governors.Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues and concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.Conducts, under the direction of counsel, special investigations, audits or other activities deemed necessary to assure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards and applicable laws and regulations, and oversees a system for uniform handling of potential violations.Lifts a minimum of 20 lbs., pushes and pulls a minimum of 20 lbs. and stands a minimum of 4 hours a day.Adheres to the standards identified in the HMH Organizational & Managerial Competencies.
