This is an opportunity to create efficiency in DoD Human Resources (HR). As a change management consultant, you'll use your expertise to assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop knowledge management (KM) strategy applied to change management. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization to transform their practices for the better.

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience as a KM professional

• 4+ years of experience developing KM strategies and applying principals to enterprise change management

• Experience creating client-ready products using Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of KM principles, procedures, and processes in a DoD environment

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience implementing KM strategies leveraging SharePoint Online

• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online site collections

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and accuracy of information, including organizing large amounts of data, setting priorities for analysis, and use in consultation with stakeholders

• Possession of excellent client-facing or consulting skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
