You will expertly hand wash and operate dish machines while keeping your work area well-organized. • Understand the importance of cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring that all kitchen equipment, surfaces, and areas such as ovens, floors, walls, walk-ins, and vents are kept impeccably clean.

You may also be involved in deep cleaning projects to maintain the highest standards of hygiene. • Act as a vigilant Safety & Security Agent, adhering to the safety and security policies and procedures of the hotel, as well as following OSHA guidelines. You will promptly report any issues to the maintenance or security departments to maintain a safe working environment. Join us in ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment for all Responsibilities: • Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment, and utensils to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. • Assist with the receiving and storage of food and supplies to ensure proper inventory management. • Support kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients. • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to prevent contamination and uphold quality standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to contribute to efficient kitchen operations. Qualifications: • Weekend availability is a must. • Prior hotel and dishwashing experience preferred. • Physical requirements include the ability to use various pieces of kitchen equipment efficiently and safely. • This job must perform medium work exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. • The ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. The ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body and arms, ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels. • Near Vision - the ability to see details at close range.

Must be able to move quickly and agilely if a situation requiring quick assistance arises, and to work long hours as is often required. • Must be able to multi-task and must possess communication skills so as to be able to convey and understand information and ideas conveyed to you in English.
