Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and organization within commercial kitchen environments. Operate industrial-size dishwashers to ensure all kitchenware meets Boise Centre's cleanliness standards. Manage the setup and breakdown of dish stations for events, ensuring timely preparation and execution.

Uphold stringent food safety and sanitation standards. Candidate Profile: Capable of physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork in a diverse environment. Ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-temperature settings. Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification, if not already certified.
