Job Description:

The Restaurant Kitchen Manager (KM) provides the leadership for the kitchen functions for the Restaurant Profit Center. Primary focus is on the kitchen with duties including inventory control, purchasing, personnel supervision and direction and food production.

The Kitchen Manager is charged with being accountable for restaurant business ethics, sales and profit performance, facility security, control of company assets, compliance with image sanitation standards, employee development and compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations. It is expected that the Kitchen Manager will work to the build and maintain a strong, dynamic team by communicating a clear vision and give direction on production of a wide range of buffet menu items and department appearance issues. Assures the kitchen meets or exceeds its budget and is maintained to company standards.
