Eddies Georges Grille 27 is an exciting, high energy sports theme restaurant operating in Grandview Heights, OH, at Grandview Yards, minutes away from Downtown Columbus.

Eddie Georges Grille 27 opened in 2006 just steps from Ohio State University campus on High Street. In 2016 it was relocated to Grandview Yards. Eddie George was the star running back at Ohio State University winning the Heisman Trophy then went on to play for the Houston Oilers/ Tennessee Titan for 9 years. He currently keeps himself busy with his own financial planning business and a growing acting career. He remains a local celebrity here in Columbus

Main
Job Responsibilities:

Lead, trainand develop your employeesto execute their responsibility to our guestsevery shift, everyday.

Conduct yourself with honor and integrity.

Achieve or exceedsales and profit goals.

Ensure excellent food quality, plate presentations, recipe adherence.

Create newrecipes and use existing recipes.

Ensure training manuals are followed.

Manage food cost, labor cost and supply cost.

Ensure the highest quality in food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation.

Organize and direct training procedures for Hourly team members.

Manage purchasing pars and inventory.

Adhere to all city, county, state and federal laws.

Protect the image and reputation of Hines Ward through superior execution!

Manageyour assigneddepartments in thekitchen e.g. Training, development, cleanliness, sanitation, R&M and your assigned cost areas.

Poses a Proactive Management Style.

Education/Training:

High School degree or equivalent required

College or Culinary Management degree preferred but not required

Knowledge/Ability/

Skills:

2to4 years experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef

Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills

Self starter that is detailed oriented

High Achiever with a proven track record

Base pay starting at $45,000
