What You Will Tackle:
Our Kitchen rockstar will anticipate guests' needs, respondpromptly, and acknowledge all guests.
Prepare all cold and hot food with care and ensure all foodmeets food safety and quality standards.
Continuously promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts.

Learn and adapt the menu and help to answer guests questionsabout our offerings.
Ensure full understanding of the functional areas of therestaurant kitchen.
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
Visually inspect, select, and use only the freshest ingredientsin the preparation of all menu items.
Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according tospecific restaurant standards.
Plating prepared foods based on the senior chef's guidance.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food productsso as to comply with health department regulations.
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completedaccording to request and on time.
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils andstoring the equipment at the end of shifts.
Inspect, plan and ensure that all materials and equipment arein complete readiness for service.
Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
Maintain knowledge of and comply with all departmentalpolicies, service procedures, and standards.
Report all accidents and breakages to the F&B Manager orExecutive Chef in charge.
Adhere to relevant Food Safety Hygiene standards.
Remain up to date on current safety issues to ensure compliancewith all health and safety regulations.
Work in a safe manner and abide by OSHA regulations and theHotel's policies in regard to accident and incident reportingprocedures.
The Essentials:
Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with urgencyand empathy.
