KIPP New Jersey schools are part of the nationally recognized "Knowledge Is Power Program," a non-profit network of college-preparatory, free, public charter schools educating elementary, middle, and high school students. We focus on the needs of our students and build strong foundations that will empower them from elementary school all the way through college.

The After-School Operations VISTA will play a crucial role in managing after-school and summer programs at our three Camden Schools. In this role, the VISTA will have two primary responsibilities. The first will be to work closely with the elementary school program director to ensure that the program operates efficiently, in order to create the best possible experience for students and teachers in the program.

The second is leading the grant compliance work across all three schools to ensure that the programs remain in compliance with the terms of the grant. This VISTA will be a part of a program that provides high-quality after-school programming for many kids living in Camden City! This position is great for anyone who is a self-starter, has strong organizational skills, and is able to multitask. We look forward to working with someone who has a focus on students and believes in the power of after-school programming and the difference that it can make in a child's life!
