Core Job Duties:

  • Provide education and training for individuals focused on injury prevention

  • Provide onsite health coaching for discomforts and illnesses

  • Evaluate client-site employees as needed with ergonomic and body mechanics screens

  • Document interactions and other pertinent information using our web-based system

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree or higher, in Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field

  • Minimum: Associates degree and certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant with 2 years of experience

  • Experience with body mechanics coaching and industrial or office ergonomics skills are a plus

  • Must have appropriate certifications and/or state license upon start of work with us

Preferred Experience:

  • 1-2 years of industrial / occupational experience in injury prevention or ergonomics

Your Purpose at ATI: In an ATI clinic, you will get to develop experience while working side by side with our clinical staff. Your primary focus on the team is to assist the clinicians in their day to day work. By providing this necessary support, the clinicians can maximize their time and exposure to all patients.
