VIEW JOBS 4/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-07-17T00:00 Privacy is first and foremost about customer trust. Customer obsession drives Amazon to be a good custodian of the personal data entrusted to us by customers. Customer data enables us to provide customers with the products and services they love, and to continue to innovate on their behalf. This role is inherently cross-functional and requires a strong ability to influence others -- you will work closely with teams across the company, including Legal, engineering, operations, and security to deliver privacy solutions. We are looking for someone who thrives on solving challenges in partnership with teams across Amazon. You should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity that's higher than many programs and display high levels of bias for action, ownership, and accountability. You will formulate and execute privacy processes in Kindle necessary to achieve goals, provide coordination for compliance efforts, and contribute to leadership reviews and reporting. In partnership with the Kindle Privacy Lead, you will coordinate large scale privacy initiatives and represent the Kindle organization in Amazon-wide privacy programs. If this role seems like a good fit, please reach out, we'd love to talk to you. Amazon.Com, Inc. Seattle WA
