Must possess: - 1. A valid California Multiple Subject Teaching Credential; 2. One of the following certifications issued by CTC and authorizing primary language instruction in Spanish: • Bilingual Authorization; • BCLAD or be in the process of obtaining a BCLAD; • Bilingual Cross-Cultural Specialist Credential; or • Bilingual Certificate of Competence
