Position Summary

The Kids Birthday Party Supervisor oversees birthday parties for kids between the ages of one and eleven. They work alongside other Kids Activity team members to provide a welcoming, entertaining and safe environment for our Life Time Junior Members and their party guests. The Kids Birthday Party Supervisor oversees a variety of age-appropriate, fitness-based activities.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms

  • Coordinates with other departments and outside vendors to ensure parties run smoothly

  • Ensures quality experience and engagement for members and children via supportive supervision of party hosts

  • Greets, acknowledges and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Facilitates organized birthday party activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout the party

Position Requirements

  • First Aid certification, Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification required within the first 60 days of hire

  • Ability to communicate and organize effectively

  • Ability to sell and promote programs and services

Preferred Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience working with children
