We are seeking a Kids Club Attendant for our Vistas Spa and Sports team. If you are someone who is motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and you believe in excellence, this is the position for you.
Job Summary (Essential Functions)
The Kid's Club Attendant ensures that the Kid's Club delivers a safe and positive member experience. Responsible for delivering the ultimate customer service experience; contributing to running a clean, friendly, and well-maintained kids club. The Kids Club Attendant provides a safe, fun, and interactive environment for children using the Kid's Club. They conduct all activities in a positive and professional manner and follow all Kids Club policies and procedures.
Primary Function and Responsibilities:
Child Care
Supervise activities of all assigned children in the Kid's Club area and ensures child remains in the designated area
Provide instructional care to children; participate and entertain children with games or other approved activities
Enforce Kids Club guidelines and call parent/guardian if necessary, to assist with discipline issues and attending to personal needs
Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy
Project a positive friendly and caring attitude always while interacting with children and their parents
Maintains that the Kid's Club area is clean and maintained according to set standards
Checks that all toys and other objects are clean and safe
Ensures the safety of children in the Kid's club area follows all safety procedures
Report any child health concerns to Kid's Club Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required
Customer Service
Verifies all parents receive copies of the Kid's Club policies
Ensure that parent or guardian has signed a Kids Club Agreement and has signed at the register along with an emergency information card
Ensure individual checking in the child is listed on the Kid's Club Agreement/Information Card
Ensure parent/guardian follows the Kid's Club policies when checking in and checking out children
Report any incidents to Kid's Club Manager
Report all member complaints to Kid's Club Manager
Presents a professional appearance and attitude at all times in accordance with the employee handbook
Provides excellent customer service and helps monitor child and member feedback
Assists with communication and marketing of a diverse calendar of enjoyable programs and activities such as kids club programs, kids camp programs, special events, and social events
Participates in Kids Club special events and social events
Assists in preparing and maintaining bulletins and flyers for display within the Kids Club
Maintains constant surveillance of children in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of children in the event of an emergency
Follows emergency protocol as required until the arrival of Emergency Medical Services
Adheres to the standards policies of the facility and Rolling Hills Country Club
Skills & Abilities:
Must be at least 18 years of age

Adhere to meal and rest break periods and must clock in and out for all shift times
