Stoneridge Software is looking for a positive and energetic individual to join our team as a Key2Act Functional Consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Key2Act Products and other ISV applications for new and existing customers including design, training, configuring, testing and go live support. Key2Act products we support include Job Cost, Service, Equipment and Mobile Tech.

  • Write and customize reports for products using SQL Report Writer.

  • Troubleshoot technical support issues; consulting with others to determine the most appropriate solution.

  • Considerable time in front of customers performing planning, training and implementation tasks by following the Sure Step Implementation Methodology

  • Participation in sales cycle by providing pre-sales support and conducting product demonstrations.

  • Contribute to achieving and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and establishing a trusted advisor relationship with our customers

  • Weekly time reporting for jobs worked.

  • Travel is required; estimate about 20% of the time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts in Accounting, Business, Finance, MIS or Computer Science or five years of industry experience.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and Key2Act software in either a consulting or work role is desired, however, industry experience with other software would be considered. The type of industry experience we would consider is where an individual has been working in manufacturing, construction or service type industries and have applied costing concepts i.e. flowing inventory, labor and overhead costs to jobs and work orders as a major part of their job. Examples would be production managers or cost accountants.

  • Microsoft Certifications on the current versions of the software is desired.

  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to deliver support over the phone, online and face to face.

  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot functional, performance system and interface issues.

  • Customer Service focused with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience dealing directly with clients and work with all levels of management.

  • Must be flexible, value teamwork and joint collaboration and be responsible for successful completion of tasks.

We are looking for someone with expertise in the area of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to act as a Partner Technical Consultant (PTC) to support Partners in accelerating their sales cycle by helping them design, develop and deploy customer solutions based on Microsoft technologies and methodologies. Partner Technical Consultants (PTCs) have the latest product, technical sales, and delivery expertise with a strong commitment to Partner enablement via knowledge transfer in 1:1 or 1:Many engagements. The role requires strong technical expertise and consulting skills with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The candidate must have a strong understanding of ERP systems, as well as the ERP value proposition. Strong service delivery, time management, ability to handle ambiguity and 400-level knowledge and real-world experience in defining SMB scenarios is a requirement. PTCs share best practices through remote deliveries empowering Partners to continually deliver high quality engagements to customers. Through delivery of effective guidance, PTCs will work with Partners in 3 key areas: presales scenarios to win deals, deployment guidance to drive consumption and technical training to accelerate Partner cloud adoption. A successful candidate will possess the following skills and capabilities: * 5+ years of ERP business applications sales & deployment experience * Deep technical knowledge of, and real world experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (ie: Business Central, NAV, GP) * 5 Years of business application selling or support experience * Experience in Consulting services pre-sales activities * Proven skills in analysis, storytelling, presentation, demonstration, requirements mapping and collaboration * Knowledge of competitive cloud technologies * Be a dynamic presenter for virtual training – both in terms of preparing the session and the delivery * Understanding of Strategic Complementary ISV solutions and guidance when required * Very strong customer relationship and presentation skills Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
