These key job functions are achieved by.

  • Driving sales and increasing the store's sales productivity

  • Ensuring store schedules are followed to maintain adequate store coverage and customer service levels

  • Ensuring proper completion of assigned daily goals, tasks and assignments by employees

  • Managing the maintenance and day to day operations by controlling payroll, inventory, and expenses and keeping accurate time card and attendance records.

  • Maintaining all merchandising and signing standards and display presentations and monitoring inventory control.

  • Managing and controlling shrink within the Company's acceptable level

  • Assisting with recruiting, training, and developing employees

  • Providing a work environment where your teammates feel their opinions and contributions matter

What do you need

  • Prior sales/management or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrate effective interpersonal, organizational, customer service and leadership skills

  • Possess the capacities to coach, motivate and train a store team

  • Ability to move and handle merchandise weighing 0-50 pounds, climb ladders, walk, stand, kneel, and lift during the majority of work shift

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

For more information, visit Job Description Summary Employment is contingent upon contract award.Essential Job Duties:•As Deputy PM for a large complex program, work productively alongside the PM/VP to provide oversight, direction and overall program governance in support of a large, complex, multi-site IT environment with multiple Federal govt stakeholders•Able to directly manage and coordinate a number of simultaneous projects and activities through all phases of the program life cycle and in accordance with govt direction•Able to support Orals and inspire confidence on the part of the client•Able to support the PM in managing the work and maintaining a positive Contractor interface with the senior levels of the US Army•Consult with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs, performance, and contractual obligations; ability to assess and report program status and program risk•Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to US Army leadership, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and prepare and deliver executive level briefings on program tasks and performance•Able to recruit staff members successfully and inspire high productivity and commitment to the team. Prior experience managing staff coming from multiple companies, into an integrated performing team.•Can communicate extensively and effectively across all levels of leadership. •Ensure a structure is in a place to promote consistent, high quality delivery; ensuring conformance with work standards•Able to quickly pick up delegated duties from the PM•Able to lead task order activities, and interface successfully with the PM and with the US Army designated executive leadershipRequired Education and Experience: •Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business IT or related technology area•Masters Degree preferred; or can substitute add'l years of experience•Current PMP and ITIL v3 certifications•Both formal training and completed work experience, in successfully managing financials for highly technical programs•At least 15 years experience as a Program Manager or Program Director, overseeing multiple, simultaneously executed projects, in an organization of similar size and scope•At least 20 years of successful prior experience playing a leadership role in IT or technology-related areas•Prior Experience personally managing large teams (100 or more staff members) in a P&L role•Prior experience managing managers•Prior experience supporting US Army technology related programs•US Citizenship required•Ability to obtain a DoD Secret (clearable/prior history)•Must possess excellent communication (both oral and written) skills, attention to problem solving, follow through, and excellent commitment to customer service•Ability to manage multiple related projects and navigate complex IT activities that span functions of organizations and regions to align results with organizational goals•Experience organizing, directing, and managing IT or technology program O&M operations and cyber security functions for a large, dispersed organization within the Federal sector•Experience organizing, directing, and managing contract IT O&M operations and cyber security functions. This work will involve multi-faceted, complex, and inter-related IT work segments.•Demonstrated ability to recruit and supervise talented staff members with excellent technical qualifications•Ability and experience to deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities, as well as prioritize workload based on needs of the customer•Experience successfully managing teams of program personnel with diverse IT skill sets at multiple geographic locations, and coming from different companies•Meets with customer and Contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Takes proactive steps to ensure conformance with program task schedules and cost allocations.•Able to supervise both routine low-end work, and high-end innovation and modernization related work•Experience managing CONUS and OCONUS work•DevOps, cloud, and Agile experience and/or certifications preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Respond quickly to project-related issues and initiatives that require project management oversight.
