Essentra is immediately hiring a Key Account Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth for our large strategic Distributors. As the Key Account Sales Manager, Distribution you utilize your detailed knowledge of technical sales and marketing processes and manage both complex design to production sales cycles and post-design. Successful Key Account Managers will be experienced in developing a deep understanding of the customer's products, applications and processes and build relationships with them to grow Essentra's marketshare.

What you will do:
Draft and implement a key account plan delivered through targeted customer engagement.
Outline key drivers of value creation for assigned customers as relevant to Essentra Components' product portfolio.
Outline how key accounts source component needs and define a plan to pursue growth.
Provide feedback for Innovation, Voice of the Customer (VOC), and business development plans.
Engage with our Key Accounts at all relevant levels.
Development of Key Account Plan strategies in line with strategic and category plans.
Delivery of clear and concise communication of Key Account achievements and strategies.
Report out on valuable application detail to product and marketing teams.
Grow the business in alignment with plan.
Provide "Hassle-Free Customer Service" to our internal and external customers.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue sales targets.
Monitor, maintain and develop business KPIs for the site in line with the company strategy.
What we look for:
Required:
3-5 years of experience calling on distribution accounts, particularly corporate locations
3+ years of experience managing sales revenues of $10+ million
3 -5 years of experience building relationships with individuals across all levels of the organization
Experienced in new business development activities and turnaround of disengaged customers
Ability to negotiate at a high level
Min of 3+ years of CRM Experience
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
