Overview

The Key Account Planner coordinates activity to deliver seasonal revenue, profitability, and sell-through goals for our strategic partners. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration with commercial and planning teams, aligning on seasonal bottom-up material forecasts with a focus on trends and historical patterns to develop data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Create, Communicate, and Maintain Product Account Forecasts:

  • Generate a detailed sales plan by material for designated accounts.

  • Collaborate between sales, finance, and merchandising teams to drive seasonal revenue goals.

  • Monthly and seasonal analysis of actual performance vs. the forecast.

  • Analyze weekly POS data and communicate opportunities/liabilities to ensure profitability.

  • Leverage forecast accuracy metrics and consumer metrics to determine improvements.

  • Lead and Execute Collaborative Account Plans with Sales & Merchant teams:

  • Analyze monthly category revenue, sell through, and turn plans for inventory health.

  • Complete monthly OTB forecast and influence at once on-order needs.

  • Prepare monthly core ladders to ensure in-stock and turn goals are accomplished

  • Review sell-thru by size and store to maximize SKU efficiency.

  • Attend and present planning topics for bi-weekly IAT team discussions.

  • Provide analytical support to Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Executive overview of plans for management teams identifying deviations/risks and opportunities.

  • Support hindsight reporting by accounting for future assortment planning use.

  • Develop and Assess the financial health of account plans.

  • Develop relationships with account teams, both internal and external to Crocs.

  • Notify data reporting issues and serve as an analytics leader.

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Undergraduate degree focused on business, buying, planning, or a related field is required; an exception is possible for highly extensive and relevant work experience

  • 3+ years relevant experience; highly desirable to be within a multichannel setting, particularly in the apparel/footwear business

  • Proven experience in planning & analytics

  • Outstanding analytical capabilities utilizing Excel and systemic based tools

  • Strong interpersonal skills established in a highly collaborative setting

  • Must have extensive experience and fluency in Excel & Microsoft applications

  • Power BI experience desired

  • Minimal travel expected, <10%

  • Open to Candidates located in Eastern US

Salary or Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
