Key Account Manager, Warranties
This Key Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day management of Commercial Customer Advantage Plan warranty customers for new and used helicopters. Function as the Commercial Customer Advantage Plan Program Lead for customer contracts. Maintains the relationship with key Commercial Customer Advantage Plan (CAP) customers.
Major Responsibilities include:
Adjudicate CAP claims - approve or deny. Issue new or recondition parts.
Issue RMAs for return parts to Bell.
Engage with Bell cross functional teams: Customer Support Engineering, Produce Support Engineering, Customer Support Facilities, BH Piney Flats & Able Engineering to resolve claim.
Coordinate activities with Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, FTW Logistics Center (CDC), Supply Centers, Programs, etc. to get parts to customers.
Engage with Bell suppliers on behalf of customers to resolve issues.
Provide "pro active support" to CAP customer needs by anticipating customer requirements and address those requirements voluntarily.
Encourage and facilitate the provision of customer forecasts and coordinate those forecasts internal to Bell.
Serve as focal point into Bell for CAP customer.
Focus on relationship building, intelligence gathering, as well as identifying/supporting CAP customer accounts.
Interface with service sites, Commercial Regional Managers and customers to define customer requirements.
At least 5 years Aerospace experience or similar industry
Strong customer service and focus: a passion for providing World Class Customer Support. Creates trusts relationships with customers.
Demonstrated ability to effectively interface at all levels of the customer chain of command.
Ability to anticipate and skillfully manage through challenges.

Preferred Experience and Certifications:
A & P License.
Textron Six Sigma GB, BB or MBB Certification.
Familiarity with Bell's current commercial customer base.
