The Key Account Manager role is a senior position on the Client Success team. The role is an accelerated account management position focusing on consulting with the largest clients in our Atlanta portfolio. Key Account Manager possesses the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a high-paced and fast-changing work environment. Through a strong culture of collaboration and growth, the position emphasizes skills in consultation, analysis, SaSS account management and business to business sales. As a new member of the team, the Key Account Manager will receive strategic training along with the opportunity for mentorship from senior Key Account Managers.
Our Client Success teams focus on ongoing relationship-building and proactive account management activities, identifying and scoping new opportunities, and promoting overall customer satisfaction, and renewals of service.
As part of the role, you will be speaking to a wide range of companies and organizations from universities and government departments to Fortune 500 companies. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of Key Account on the East Coast.

Your ideal qualifications
University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results
You are comfortable working with enterprise customers in designing new processes and implementing technology
Minimum two years of experience in B2B Account Management and/or Sales Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Impeccable time management skills with a proven ability to work autonomously
