Develops and expands long term relationships with IDN & GPO Executives/Administrators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the Medical community
Thoroughly understands the IDN, GPO and KOL purchasing drivers/behaviors for both technical and non-technical strategies
Understands and keeps current the organizational structure and dynamics of responsible IDN and GPO organizations
Serves as a liaison between KOLs, internal sales teams and the business unit (BU) to enable:
A direct flow of business and technical intelligence to the BU
Presentation of tailored technical solutions to the KOLs
Maintains an up-to-date sales funnel and participates in regular calls to include: Business Reviews, Visual Management, Forecast, Funnel, etc.
5+ years of account management experience within the medical industry primarily focused on GPO, IDN and KOL customers
Ability to effectively engage and influence a wide variety of audiences both internal and external
A focus on relationships and able to build trust quickly through expectation setting, communication and delivery of solutions
Analytical and organization skills suitable for a fast-paced environment
Consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
Experience, both current or previous, in teams
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
