OUR ROLE

As Key Account Manager, Indirect eCommerce Continental Europe, you will play a crucial role in driving and developing our indirect eCommerce sales growth initiatives at Fiskars Group. In the role, you will create and develop strong relationships with our key eCommerce customers, including Amazon, and ensure strong sales execution in line with our brand, product, and country strategies.

This is a new position, intended to strengthen our existing cross-functional team. The main purpose of the position is to develop and grow our Amazon account. Additionally, you will develop sales with shopping clubs, physical retailers' online business, and explore new emerging indirect ecommerce opportunities.

In the role, you will work hand in hand with our eCommerce Content and Activation Manager. You will also work closely with local sales teams mainly across Europe, our Direct-to-Consumer teams, and our central brand and product teams, as well as with our agency partners.

This role is part of the Indirect eCommerce, and wider, Continental Europe, sales team. The team is responsible for all of our Indirect eCommerce sales of the Fiskars Business Area (gardening, cooking, creating, and outdoor tools under the Fiskars and Gerber brands) at Fiskars Group. You will report into our Indirect eCommerce Director, Continental Europe.

This position can be based out of any of our office locations in France (Ivry sur Seine) or Germany (Eschborn). We work in a hybrid setup meaning that you can enjoy both the pulse of our offices and the pros of remote working.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

Amazon Sales

  • Develop and grow our European Amazon business in the cross functional team.

  • Create joint business plans (JBP's).

  • Pro-actively manage the relationship between Fiskars and the customer, delivering growth and unlocking opportunities.

  • Take on the management of the promotional activities (deals for example: Prime Day, Black Friday, couponing's, amazon business) in coordination with the content manager. Propose and execute plans to generate additional sales.

  • Track performance and sell out per market, put corrective actions in place to leverage sales.

  • Reassess our 3P operating model.

Shopping clubs, other E-retailers and physical retailers

  • Manage and develop sales through shopping clubs in Benelux, France and Germany.

  • Take on the campaign yearly plan and execution, coordinate between the different clubs. Conduct post campaign analysis.

  • Identify potential new Online retailers or growing Offline online retailers and propose plan.

  • Support growth plan with retail.com with benchmarks and data tracking as well as sales support.

  • Take on new projects, such as new marketplaces roll out. Take over new eCommerce customers.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Indirect eCommerce sales with a proven track record of growing e-commerce business results. Strong hands-on experience working with Amazon as a customer.

  • Deep understanding of the E commerce retail landscape in Europe.

  • Good analytical skills and ability to drive data into actionable insights.

  • Good Knowledge of Amazon and its ecosystem

  • Experience of Retail media across several customers. Performance marketing knowledge and experience is highly qualifying.

  • Strong communication skills, excelling in a matrix organization.

  • Sales-oriented mindset, passionate about enhancing business results.

  • Change agility, perseverance, and determination to overcome challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for cross-functional teamwork.

  • Blend of big picture thinking, analytical mindset, and creative problem-solving.

  • Agile with Excel/dashboards/data analytics

  • Good English and German level
